We’re seeking a highly motivated Trainee to join our Regulatory Affairs & Market Access teams. This exciting role will allow you to support strategic projects that bridge scientific evidence, regulatory frameworks, and payer access, helping bring innovative therapies to patients.
Key Responsibilities
Support Regulatory Affairs initiatives by assisting in the creation and review of applications to the Agencies (e.g., market authorization application, scientific advice).
Contribute to market access activities, including pricing and reimbursement strategy execution, HTA dossier preparation, and objection handling.
Conduct market research and reimbursement landscape analysis to identify access barriers and opportunities.
Support cross-functional teams: Medical Communication, Commercial, to ensure alignment on market access and launch strategies.
Provide regulatory and medical responses to internal and external queries from healthcare professionals or payers.
Master’s or Diploma (Pharmaceutical sciences, Medicine, Life Sciences); PhD/MD/PharmD preferred.
Fluent in English and German.
Recent or soon-to-be graduate with internship or project experience in pharma, biotech, or healthcare.
Any exposure to clinical research or medical/scientific communications is a plus.
Any involvement with RWE, HEOR, market access analytics, or Swiss regulatory applications would be advantageous.
